declare the candidature of the petitioner (Registration No.2501001071) as COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioners and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned standing counsel for TNPSC.

2.The writ petitioners herein are aspirants for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade-II. They took part in the examinations held pursuant to the notification No.10/2021 dated 25.08.2021. The petitioners cleared the preliminary examination. However, they were declared to have failed in the final examination. The petitioners now want this Court to declare them as eligible candidates. Such a prayer as rightly pointed out by the learned 3/6

Additional Advocate General is not maintainable. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that they have not been informed regarding the marks secured by them. The learned Additional Advocate General states that after the entire process is concluded, the relevant details will be made available. The petitioners have invoked the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005 and sought information regarding their marks. They have also sought copies of the answer sheets. TNPSC is directed to make available the relevant records immediately after the selection process is concluded. It is open to the petitioners herein to workout their remedies thereafter. 3.With the aforesaid direction, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
