By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Mr.K.Balasubramanian, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with. 3.According to the petitioner, she is running a Modern Rice Mill in the name and style of 'Muthupandeeswari Modern Rice Mill from the year 2007. Originally, the 2nd respondent agreed to supply 4750 Metric Ton paddy to the petitioner Mill. The procedure and practice is that without issuing the delivery order and dispatch slip, no paddy should be allotted to the rice mills. The said procedure has been followed till the year 2023.

However, recently, the respondents 3 and 4, without following the said procedure, are allotting the paddy and taking rice from the petitioner Mill and showing favoritism to some of the mill owners, who are agreeing with the norms of the respondents 3 and 4. Since the petitioner questioned the same, they have not allotted the paddy to the petitioner Mill. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 08.04.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 4.

has been challenged in W.P.(MD)No.24403 of 2024. However, he further submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders would be passed. 5.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the allegation of the petitioner that the respondents 3 and 4 have not allotted the relevant quantity of paddy to the petitioner Mill and they are showing favoritism to others, is also to be looked into by the 2nd respondent.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
