O R D E R
This Court had allowed the writ petition and held that the road had been laid down in the writ petitioner land. Consequently, the writ petitioner had encroached the land marked for road. Therefore this Court allowed the writ petition and directed the respondents/ contemnors to invoke the Board Standing Order 26A(1) and exchange the land.
2. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Contemnors submitted that instead of exchanging the land, the contemnors would remove the road that had been laid down in the writ petitioner land. And the road would be laid down in the original land which was left for road.

3. As far as the Well and house put up by the writ petitioner, the same shall be removed by the writ petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed. The Contemnors are directed to remove the road. Liberty is granted to the petitioner in case if it is not complied with.
