ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2024 and issue permission and police protection for the cemetery festival to be held on 02.11.2024 at Varikudi Village.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections and the writ petitioner's representation will be considered.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2024 and take a decision within a period of two days from today. 2/4
