O RDER This petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No.209 of 2023 registered on the file of the first respondent police in sofaras the petitioner is concerned. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.209 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC against the petitioner and others. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) submitted that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report on 12.10.2023 through E-filing No.2010838 and it has not been taken on file so far. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per 2/4

Rules. The petitioners are at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved against the contents of the final report. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
