This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent herein to take appropriate action upon my representation dated 21.06.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and gave statement that in respect of the property issue between him and the counter party, suit was filed by his father, later because of death of his father, the above said suit abated and he will approach the concerned Court with proper petition. On the above said undertaken, the above said complaint was closed.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous. 2/4
4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
