O RDER Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram for speedy trial of the case in S.C.No.52 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is the crime of the year 2013 and the Final Report has been filed in 2018. Inspite of lapse of several years, the above said trial process is still kept pending.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that so far all the witnesses are cross examined except P.W.1 and P.W.11.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), let the above said trial process be completed within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
