ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.r.swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The appellant is the Insurance Company. They question the impugned award both the ground of negotiation as well as quantum.
3. The learned standing counsel for the insurance company would contend that the court below erroneously adopted the multiplier method.
4. This aspect can be gone into the main appeal. Considering the facts and circumstances, we permit the claimant to withdraw a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- from the deposited amount.
