ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.04.2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.12 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982.
3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
