*********** [Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] On the earlier occasion, the matter was referred to mediation. 2.Today, it is submitted by both sides that the matter has been settled between the parties through mediation and the mediation report along with settlement agreement, dated 18.12.2023 has been placed before this Court.
3.The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order and the parties shall strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived between them.
4.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
