O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 and his personnel, not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in a Civil dispute. 2.Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.1306 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the third respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner for interrogation. On receipt of summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for interrogation.
