Crime No.434/2018. ... Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure code to Direct the Respondent to Implement the order passed in Crl OP(MD) No.22336/2018 dt.19.12.2018, on the file of this Court. Prayer in Crl OP(MD).22336 of 2018 :

Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.434 of 2018 dated 01.07.2018, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.Suresh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R.Suresh Kumar Government Advocate (Criminal Side), Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to implement the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22336 of 2018 dated 19.12.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed on 07.03.2020 and due to the administrative problem, the final report has not been filed before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to file a final report immediately before the concerned Court as per the rules without any delay. After the process is over, compliance https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.15086 of 2022 report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable.

In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed.
