O RDER This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.401 of 2022 dated 27.12.2022 on the file of the first respondent Police 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a case in Crime No.401 of 2022, which was registered for the offences under Sections 448, 294(b), 389 and 506(ii) of IPC, on 27.12.2022 as against the petitioner and others. This petition is filed seeking quashment.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) for the first respondent would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.16 of 2023. 4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved by the contents of the final report.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
