ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order, dated 30.09.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1099 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur and relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.459 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge imposed against the petitioner. 1/3

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition to report before the respondent police monthly once for a period of four months, the order of the lower court refusing to relax the condition shall be set aside and the condition shall stand relaxed.
