ORDER

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 25.04.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.7871 of 2022, the present Contempt Petition is filed.

2. This Court, by an order dated 25.04.2022, issued a direction to the respondents to verify the service particulars of the petitioner, find out the eligibility and accordingly, take a decision and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, pursuant to which, an order has been passed vide proceedings dated 21.11.2022 and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
