ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 27.08.2024 and 19.09.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner earlier, enquiry was conducted and the same ordered to be closed, that subsequently, she has given complaints dated 27.08.2024 and 19.09.2024 and that it is a case of job-racketing.
3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
