ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to process the petitioner's application and to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage of itself. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider his application, dated 20.11.2019 for sub division of property and to pass appropriate orders on merits within a stipulated time.

W.P.(MD).No.25860 of 2019 4.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer, that is now sought for before this Court, by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of the petitioner's application, dated 20.11.2019, this Court issue the following direction.

i)The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 20.11.2019 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and any other person who is found to have interest in the subject matter, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
