ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondent has got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 210 days, however, on payment of costs. 2/3
