Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the Lower Appellate Court dated 13.10.2014 passed in A.S.No.23 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, (Camp Court), Thirumangalam, confirming the Judgment and Decree of the Trial Court dated 11.12.2013 passed in O.S.No.128 of 1997 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.E.T.RAJENDRAN, Advocate for R2 to R6 and Mr.D.NALLATHAMBI, Advocate for R8 to R10, the court made the following order:- Since the Legal heirs have been recorded on the basis of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, this application is dismissed as un-necessary.
