Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.304 of 2024 has been registered against the respondents 4 to 6 and one Ananthavalli, on 11.11.2024, for the offences under Sections 61(2), 296(b), 318(4) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
