Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing 3rd respondent herein to disburse forthwith the monthly salary of the petitioner from 15.07.2019 onwards as per the salary bill re-submitted by the 4th respondent School dated 16.08.2019.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 13.09.2019, made in W.P.(MD) No.19504 of 2019.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent made a submission that the amount due to the petitioner is calculated as Rs.3,22,269/- (Rupees three lakhs twenty two thousand two hundred and sixty nine only) and the same has also been disbursed to the petitioner and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 24.02.2021 passed by the District Educational Officer, Paramakudi, before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The aforesaid proceedings is taken on record. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to her to approach the Authority concerned for redressal of her grievance in the manner known to law.
