This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.962 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire case papers were handed over to the petitioner and reported 'no instructions'.
