ORDER:- This civil miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and No Appearance for the Petitioner and of No Appearance, for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

The Second Appeal in S.A(MD)No.561 of 2014 was already dismissed vide Order of this Court, dated 25.10.2016. The present Petiiton is filed to set aside the dismissal for default order passed in the Second Appeal and restore the same on file.

2. Today (i.e. on 23.01.2025) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant represented 'no instructions'.
