.. Respondents PRAYER:- This petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the contemnors / respondents for wilful disobedience and violation of the order passed in W.P(MD).No.22534 of 2015 dated 27.06.2019.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.22534 of 2015 Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in G.O. Ms.No.219 by the 1st respondent dated 24.10.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner s college to fill up the posts on regular basis and release the grant in aid for 6 post of Office Assistant, 1 post of Steno Typist, 1 post of Electrician, 1 herbarium Keeper, 1 Library Assistant, 2 Watchmen, 2 post of Gardener, 1 Waterman, 6 post of Sweeper and 1 post of Scavenger, 1 marker.

ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for their wilful disobedience and violation of the order passed in W.P(MD).No.22534 of 2015 dated 27.06.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as per the orders of this Court, subject to the outcome of the SLP.No.22766 of 2013, temporary appointment has been granted to the petitioner at Tirunelveli Zonal by the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.17509 / F2/ 2017, dated 13.03.2020. The Regional Director, Thirunelveli Zone should take appropriate initiation of proceedings for the temporary appointment. The order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can challenge the order passed by the respondent.
