PRAYER :- To cancel the anticipatory bail granted to R2, R3, R4/Accused in Crl.OP(MD) No.9422/2018 dated on 03.08.2018 on the file of this Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.
2. The victims at the hands of the financial establishment are before this Court for cancelling the anticipatory bail. The case was registered in May 2018. Anticipatory bail was granted by me in August 2018. More than five years have elapsed. Final report has been filed and the case has been taken on file also. In these circumstances, the question of cancelling the anticipatory bail does not arise.
