Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SENTHILKUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side) on behalf of the petitioner and of Mr.PRAHALAD RAVI, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the respondent/Accused No.6 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6344 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017.

2. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that after investigation in Crime No.53 of 2006, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi which was taken on file in P.R.C.No.26 of 2006 and the same ended in conviction.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
