ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in C.C.No.51 of 2024, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners are charged with the offence294(b), 323 and 498(A) of IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4.The de-facto complainant appears in person and she submits that she has reunited with her husband and charge-sheet may be quashed as against her husband (A1).

5. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.51 of 2024, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, is hereby quashed not only as against the petitioner but also as against the accused No.1. 2/4
