Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the Court concerned and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to furnish the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
