ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Lalgudi, Trichy District, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.152 of 2011.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner herein has filed an affidavit stating that no stay is pending and no interlocutory application is pending before the Trial Court.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Lalgudi, Trichy District, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.152 of 2011 within a period of six months from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
