O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the respondent in accordance with law for his willful disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12669 of 2023, dated 14.07.2023.
2.By the order dated 14.07.2023, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12669 of 2023, this Court directed the respondent police to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of that order. Since the same was not complied, this petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the final report in this case has been filed before the concerned Court. But, due to some defects, it has not been numbered so far. In view of the above said submissions, there shall be a direction to the trial Court namely Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, to process the above said final report within the prescribed time as per the stipulated Rules. 2/4
