ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA., J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to produce the detenue by name Priya, Daughter of Murugesan, aged 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Today, the detenue is produced before this Court. She agreed to go with her mother. The mother of the detenue also appeared and expressed her willingness to take her back to home. Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the mother of the detenue will take care of her by giving motherly advice, guidance and all basic needs till she completes her decree course.
