ORDER

After filing of this petition, it appears that FIR has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein, on 15.12.2022, in Cr.No.424 of 2022 against the first respondent herein, Ramaiah and other 10 unknown persons. In view of the above said development, the matter has become infructuous.

2.Accordingly, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
