ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 120 B, 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.24 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that during pendency of this anticipatory bail petition, the matter is amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that since the matter has been settled between the parties, the present case will be referred as mistake of fact.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the intervenor and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication.
