ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the condition No.2 in the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.9674/2022, dated 10.11.2022. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except this case there is no other case is pending against the petitioner as well as the vehicle. The vehicle is an old one.

3.Considering the fact that the vehicle is a 2017 make, this Court is inclined to reduce the deposit amount that has been imposed by the trial Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is partly allowed and the condition No.2 imposed by the trial Court in the order dated 10.11.2022 passed in Cr.M.P.No.9674 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of crime number before the trial Court. 30.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No TM To 1.The Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.
