ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to protect the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by provide adequate police protection by considering his representation dated 25.05.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in respect of the threat and harassment made by the respondents 3 to 6, the petitioner has given a complaint, seeking for police protection. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that all the respondents were called for enquiry, based https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD].No.18304 of 2019 on the complaint given by the petitioner and the respondents gave an undertaking that they will not interfere or disturb the petitioner. The said undertaking was also recorded. Based on the undertaking given by the respondents 3 to 6, the petitioner has also stated that no further action is required.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
