This petition has been filed seeking direction to provide adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner for running his rental Mobile Shop at Meenakshi Complex, Plot No.190-B, Thirumurugan Colony, Thirunagar, Madurai City by considering the Complaint dated 23.11.2019 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that in respect of dispute between the petitioner and his landlord, on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.340 of 2019 and if necessary suitable action will be taken.
