ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose the writ petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2024 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that there existed matrimonial dispute between the parties and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.360 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the writ petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a 2/4

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
