ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has participated in the subsequent recruitment process and has been appointed to a post. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
