The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2019, in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
