No. 27507 of 2022.

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD). No. 27507 of 2022.dated 02.12.2022 has not been complied with.

2.Today(24.11.2023), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered, thereby order of this Court was complied with. Copy of the order passed by the respondents has also been furnished to the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
