ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry by interfering in the civil dispute on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners dated 15.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent earlier, enquiry was conducted by the South Gate Police Station and the same was closed and that subsequently the second respondent has given a complaint and on that basis, the respondent police has been harassing the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that earlier complaint given by the second respondent was closed and thereafter the second respondent has given complaint before the Commissioner of Police and the same was forwarded to the South Gate Police Station and enquiry is pending. would further submit that since the similar complaint was closed, they have decided to close the present complaint.
