This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from assigning house site patta to any persons in Kumulur Village, S.F.Nos.315 and 316, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

2.Though the Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to give positive direction to the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate order within the time stipulated by this Court 3.Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.26408 of 2019 case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 28.08.2019 and take appropriate action or pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the parties interested within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
