PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue suitable directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by the respondent No.4 to 12.

Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by the respondent No.4 to 12.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier complaint given by Nagarajan, who is the fourth respondent herein was enquired in C.No.G3/3593.25342/2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and they gave undertaking that they will measure the property and settle the issue. 2/5

Subsequently, another complaint was given before the third respondent by him. That was also closed.

3.In view of the above said earlier undertaking and closure report, as on date no complaint is pending against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
