ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The writ Court will not be justified in granting relief, since the jurisdictional civil Court is seized of the matter. When I indicated to the petitioner's counsel that he can as well file an IA, he submitted that since the case is pending at the trial stage, IA will not be entertained.
3. I am of the view that this apprehension is misplaced. The petitioner can very well file IAs in the pending civil suits. If they are filed, they will be numbered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
4. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.10.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
