ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to remove the prohibition order dated 16.07.2022 and to register the document in respect of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No. 189/7 situated at Pappanam Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as per the Hon'ble Justice R.M.Lodha Committee, the 2/4

property comprised in Survey No. 189/7 situated at Pappanam Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District is under the control of the PACL Ltd., and no registration can be made in respect of the subject property.

5. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a District Judge has been appointed to look into similar issues.

6. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority for getting appropriate relief. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
