ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body and person of the detenue namely Shahaya Jansi Rani, W/o.Mariya Anthony, D/o.Mariya Irudayam aged about 23 years before this Hon`ble Court 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's wife Sahaya Jhansi Rani daughter of the third respondent has been illegally detained by the third respondent and her relatives. Though complaint has been given the respondent has not taken any decision.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in petition No. 399 of 2019 and the alleged detenue namely Sahaya Jhansi Rani appeared before the police and denied the marriage between the petitioner and her and she also informed that she is not interested to go with the petitioner. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18280 of 2019 complaint asking recovery of the educational certificate which are now in possession of the petitioner.
