ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.10.2024 for the offences under Section 123 of BNS (hereinafter referred to as new penal code) and Section COTPA Act, 2003 in Crime No.349 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits. There are no change in circumstances in the case and the police report is yet to be filed.
