Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.I.PINAYGASH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by the order, dated 13.06.2023, has granted an order of suspension of sentence upon recording the petitioner's undertaking through his counsel that he would be deposited the entire compensation amount on or before 19.07.2023.
