O RDER Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in false information given by the respondent.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though it was reported before this Court while hearing the case in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6604 of 2019 that the case in crime No.4 of 2019 was closed after investigation, the third complaint is given by the private respondent stating that continuous trouble is made by the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the above said complaint was given by the third respondent before the Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram, it has been forwarded to the second respondent.

4. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and produce the above said closure report's copy of Crime No.4 of 2019. The second respondent 2/5

may close the above said complaint given by the third repsondent.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
