Dated 30.04.2012 and to appoint the petitioner to the post of Panchayat Secretary (Previously called as Panchayat Clerk) at N.Keelaiyur Village, Kallal Union, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District or accommodate the petitioner at Kallipattu Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District with continuity of service and provide all monitory benefits from the year 2012 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein was removed from his service on 16.07.2009 by the President of Kallal Union Panchat is came to be rectified on 04.12.2012. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent a representation in connection with reinstatement. Admittedly, the petitioner herein had not challenged the termination order issued 10 years back. At this stage, the present prayer seeking for Mandamus to implement the earlier order of revocation of suspension order dated 06.02.2012 is not only un-sustainable but https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.25917 of 2019 is also misconceived. As such, the petitioner does not deserve any indulgence from this Court.
